Polycarbonate card core sheet, made of Sabic polycarbonate resin, a highly versatile thermoplastic sheet, as per its exceptional strength and durability, has been prefered best mateiral for card making. The PC core is surrounded by protective layers on both sides which are PC overlay, combine to create a sturdy sandwich-like structure. The outside overlay layers have a dual function of providing protection and facilitating easy customisation, while the core layer offers inherent stiffness and strength. The identity cards should be more durable to be used in daily life, because it's not one time use, it's long time used 
one side matte/fine matte polycarbonate films. Offer high temperature resistance, excellent dimensional stability, as well as good printability without pre-treatment making them excellent films for multi-layer printing for applications such as overlays, floor graphics, high-performance labels and in-mould decoration. Can be screen printed using traditional solvent based or water based inks, as well as UV or infrared drying inks and offer ease of processing for thermoforming, embossing, die-cutting, hydro-forming and bending.

Black polycarbonate film 

Black flame retardant PC film is a kind of high performance polycarbonate film material with excellent flame retardant properties. Polycarbonate card based film

Overlay film layer: located on the surface of the PC card base material, in direct contact with the user.
